Custom Embroidery: We begin by taking either your design-logo, or we create one for you. Then once approved by you, we digitize the artwork so that it can be read by one of our advanced multi color embroidery machines.
Than we gather your garments from inventory and begin the process of applying your design to them. Embroidery is created by high speed needle stitching and thread. Our machines can run at around 1,300 stitches a minute.
Once completed...
Once the embroidery process is completed, we carefully inspect every garment individually and then we fold and pack them. Usually we wrap garments in plastic bags and pack them in corrugated boxes to insure their safe arrival to you.
