(Home to the original Smiley Face and the Father of modern rocketry)
We than incorporated in Florida, North Carolina and New Jersey.
We have NO affiliation with pirates or their like who build their business on others reputations. 

We owned our internet domain NationalSportswear.com
since the time of our Corporation registration with the Federal Government and the state of Massachusetts in the year 2000.
And at this time, “OBVIOUSLY” there was NO other National Sportswear ®, otherwise they would own our domain name.
We like to call this common sense.
We also own the United States Federal Trademarks for our corporation name (Identity)”National Sportswear ®”

That’s okay, but if you ever need to get your refund from them, GOODLUCK!
Because you can NOT sue a DBA by their DBA name.
Because it is fictitious, “FAKE.”
A DBA means Doing Business As.
There’s no secret to this.
Anyone using a DBA is NOT using their real legal name.
