National Sportswear Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by either United States Postal Service or FedEx (Federal Express).
This is determined by weight, quantity and cost.

National Sportswear Charges a nominal shipping and handling of $20 per item. However this fee is reduced based on quantity purchases. In the event that an order is a custom decorated order, National Sportswear will provide free ground shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise agreed upon by customer to upgrade ground shipping to express shipping. In which customer will agree to pay a diference of cost from the cost of ground shipping to the express shipping which is determined at the time of shipping.

National Sportswear from time to time reserves the right to offer discount coupons for reduced rate shipping.

Any returned item or items must include an RI Number provided by National Sportswear to identity the product being returned. Return product shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes National Sportswear Branded Lifetime Warranty products.

National Sportswear does not take returns on “custom decorated items.” As these items can not be resold.

Certain non National Sportswear brand items may carry a 20% restocking fee that is charged and agreed upon prior to issuing an RI number (Registered Identification Number) to customer for return. This does not apply to all items, only specific items.

National Sportswear reserves the right to make adjustments and changes to its return and shipping policy at any time.

If National Sportswear makes any changes that affect the customer at the time of the changes, National Sportswear will notify its customers via email (if customer has provided one)
